A Party Muscle set doesn't stay in a lane. Here's what's in the bag and roughly when it comes out.

Dirty Tech House

Rolling basslines, gritty percussion and a groove that refuses to sit politely. The backbone of most sets — where the night finds its footing and the floor stops pretending it came to talk.

Bass House

Filthy, physical and made for a system with real subs. This is where the room stops being polite and the floor starts making decisions on its own.

Deep House

Warmer, rounder and further back in the pocket. Chords with some air around them and a groove that takes its time — usually how a night opens before it gets mean.

Drum & Bass

170 BPM and no apologies. Deployed when the floor has earned it and the energy needs somewhere steeper to go. Rarely the opener. Often the bit people remember.

Melodic Techno

Techno with a melody line running underneath it — hypnotic, widescreen and slow to resolve. The stretch where the room stops talking and locks in for the long build.

Dirty Techno

Harder, faster, stripped back to the drums. Industrial edges and relentless forward momentum — brought out when the room wants to be pushed rather than eased.

Dubstep

Half-time weight and basslines that move furniture. The heaviest thing in the bag, saved for the point in the night when a room has proved it can take it.

Electro Pop

The songwriting background showing its hand — hooks, choruses and vocals written to actually be sung. The part of the set people leave humming.
