-
We only ask for personal information when you contact us or send a booking enquiry.
-
Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them. Rejecting them does not limit your use of the site.
-
We do not run advertising on this site and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact or booking form, we collect the information you enter into it: your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), your reason for contacting us, and any message you write. We also receive anything you choose to include in an email you send us directly.
We use this only to read and answer your message, to discuss a possible booking or collaboration, and to keep a record of the conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server and security software record technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit.
This information is used to keep the site running, to detect and block malicious traffic, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used.
Information from other services
If you follow us or listen to our music on Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, those platforms may give us aggregate, anonymised statistics about our audience. We do not receive your individual account details from them through this website.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and browser storage. We group them as follows.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work, for example remembering your cookie choice, protecting forms against automated abuse, and maintaining security. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function correctly without them.
Analytics
Used to understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages are read, how long people stay, and where they arrive from, so we can improve it. These only run if you accept them.
Marketing
Used to measure whether our posts and promotions bring people to the site, and to help those platforms show our music to relevant audiences. These only run if you accept them.
Your choice, and how to change it
When you first visit, a notice asks you to accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. Nothing in those categories runs before you choose. If you reject, we actively delete the related cookies already present in your browser.
Your choice is remembered on that browser and device. To change it, clear your browser's site data for partymuscle.com and the notice will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.
Services we use
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with information it receives.
-
Hostinger, for website hosting and server logs.
-
Google Analytics, for website analytics. Runs only with your consent, operated in Google's Consent Mode with advertising and analytics storage denied until you accept.
-
hCaptcha, which protects our forms from automated submissions. This is a security measure and is treated as strictly necessary.
-
WPMU DEV (Forminator, Defender, Smush and Hummingbird), for form handling, site security and performance.
-
YouTube, for embedded set videos. YouTube may set its own cookies when a video loads.
-
SoundCloud, Spotify and Apple Music, which we link out to. Following a link takes you to that platform, where its own privacy policy applies.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the security of the site.
Where your information is held
We are based in the United States and our hosting and service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries. If you are visiting from outside the United States, be aware that your information may be transferred to, and processed in, a country whose data protection laws differ from those in your own. Where required, our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
-
Form submissions and email correspondence, kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then deleted on request.
-
Server and security logs, kept for a short period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
-
Analytics data, retained according to the settings of the analytics service, in aggregated or pseudonymised form.
-
Your cookie preference, stored in your browser until you clear it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

-

-
Not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics and marketing cookies), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (for booking enquiries). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a resident of California or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you may have the rights listed above, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
