Short — approx. 60 words
Party Muscle is Donovan and Morgan, a husband-and-wife DJ duo based in Orlando, Florida. Both came up as performers — Donovan fronting bands through the 2000s, Morgan working as a theater actress — before moving into electronic music together. Their sets run deep house, dirty tech house, melodic techno, dirty techno, bass house, drum & bass and dubstep. Recent releases include the original “I Belong” and the Phantom of the Opera flip “Freak of the Opera”.
Long — approx. 130 words
Party Muscle is Donovan and Morgan, a husband-and-wife duo from Orlando, Florida. Neither of them started behind a booth. Donovan came up fronting bands including Evongale and Bang Bang Dead through the 2000s, picking up real traction when Evongale's EP landed in 2006. Morgan trained and worked as a theater actress. Two decades of performing later, house music took hold in 2021, and by January 2024 DJing had become the focus rather than the side project — for both of them.
What comes out now is deliberately hard to file: deep house easing a room open, dirty tech house bleeding into dirty techno, bass house turning into drum & bass, melodic techno when the night wants to stretch out, dubstep once a room has earned it, electro pop with the edges left sharp. Underneath it is a performer's ear for tension and release — doubled. Based in Orlando, Florida, and available to travel.

Before You Ask

Booking questions

A back-to-back DJ set from both halves of the duo, mixed live and read off the room. Depending on the slot it moves through deep house, dirty tech house, bass house, drum & bass, melodic techno, dirty techno and dubstep. Because the selection comes from two performers, it's built around tension and payoff rather than energy alone.

Usually 60 to 120 minutes. Shorter festival slots and longer open-to-close nights are both fine — just say what you need and it gets planned around that.

A standard DJ booth (CDJs or a controller setup, either works) with room for two, and a monitor you can actually hear. If the PA is limited, say so early and the set gets built around it rather than fighting it.

Yes. Central Florida is home turf and regular, but travel is absolutely on the table for the right room. Mention the location in the first email and travel gets factored into the quote.

Four to eight weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice is worth asking about anyway — if the date is free, it's free.

It depends on the room, the length, the travel and the night. Send a rough budget with your enquiry and you'll get a straight yes, no, or counter — no drawn-out back-and-forth.

Yes, please. The free downloads page has the tracks and a full live set ready to go. Play them out, put them in mixes, post clips. A credit where you can is all that's asked.
